Edit PDFs without uploading them anywhere
Edit, annotate, convert and encrypt PDFs entirely in your browser. Files never leave your device — no upload, no server, no account.
Open the editorWhat it does
Edit text in place
Change a word and the rest of the line reflows using the document’s own glyph positions, not a substitute font’s guess.
Annotate and mark up
Pen, highlighter, shapes, arrows, stamps, comments and redaction — exported as real vector primitives, not flattened images.
Convert both ways
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, Markdown and images into PDF; PDF back out to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images or PDF/A.
Recognise scanned text
OCR with a printed or handwriting mode, producing a searchable text layer over the original page image.
Real password protection
AES-256 via the PDF 2.0 security handler, done with the browser’s Web Crypto — not a flag readers can ignore.
Nothing leaves your device
Every operation runs in the tab. No upload, no server, no account, no telemetry.
Why client-side matters
Most online PDF tools upload your file to a server you know nothing about, which is a poor trade for a contract, a passport scan or a payslip. This one reads the file into memory in your own browser and never transmits it. You can verify that by opening the network tab and watching nothing happen.
